Cardiothoracic ICU that specializes in post-cardiac surgery directly from the OR. RNs titrate drips inclusive of sedation medication and vasoactives. Chest tube and line removal, mobilization, and daily weights. RNs care for CABG, valves, Ross, thoracic patients, aortic dissections, and all variations of ICU patients. Devices from CRRT, Tablo, Aquadex, Impella, IABP, Heart Mate III, external VAD, and ECMO.

Requirements:

2 years of CTICU experience

OH or Compact RN License

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
